This place offers one of the best stays for a business trip, and the restaurant, although having inexperienced service, was nice.

Our stay at the hotel was lit AF! The location was straight fire, just a short walk from Heiwa Kinen Park and Peace Memorial Park. We were able to explore those dope sites and take some lit pics for the 'gram. The staff were hella chill and helped us out with anything we needed. it was a dope experience for us party-loving teenagers!
The only thing that could have been better was if the hotel had a sick rooftop bar or party area where we could turn up and have a blast with our friends. It would have been lit to have a dedicated spot to have some fun and vibe with other young people.

the staff was extremely helpful and proficient in English, making communication a breeze. They were courteous at all times and made sure I had a pleasant stay. the location of the hotel is excellent, especially if you have business downtown or want easy access to public transportation and taxis. There's also a convenience store right next to the entrance, and plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. the room I stayed in had an aged and authentic style, as I opted for the Tatami rooms. It was spacious and even had a small garden.
The bathroom and shower were also impressive, providing a wonderful experience overall. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel's location was really convenient, with easy access to many local restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the complimentary toiletries provided in the room. the staff were really friendly and helpful during our stay.
The wifi connection wasn't great - we had trouble getting a consistent signal in our room. the bed was not very comfortable and seemed outdated.

Can't fault anything about it.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the center of Hiroshima. It is very easy to access a lot of places on foot or by using public transportation. The staff at this hotel were very friendly, accommodating, and eager to help. They made us feel welcome and ensured that all our needs were met. The rooms at this hotel are much bigger compared to other hotels I've stayed in Hiroshima. It was a pleasant surprise to have more space to move around. The breakfast offered at this hotel was very good. There was a wide variety of options, including both western and Japanese dishes.
The air conditioning system in the room was not powerful enough to cool the room adequately.

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting and I was impressed with the featured amenities. The business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and 24-hour front desk made my stay convenient and hassle-free. The four restaurants on-site provided a variety of dining options.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room. It would have been beneficial to have a designated space for our board meeting discussions and presentations.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city during our new year holiday. We were just a few steps away from the main attractions and shopping malls, making it easy for us to get around. We also loved that the hotel had a lounge where we could relax and enjoy some drinks from the vending machines.
We were disappointed with the room we were given at the hotel. the carpet was old and stained, and the bed was not the most comfortable.
